Crestline Programme

Crestline Holdings is delivering four commercial buildings across the FCT simultaneously, each with a different contractor. We act as the owner's project manager across all four: one cost baseline, one programme logic, one reporting standard, so the board reads four sites the way it reads one balance sheet.

Every month, each contractor's progress is measured against the same earned-value yardstick, and every variation is priced against the same cost database before it is approved. Risks are reported when they appear on the horizon, not when they arrive on the critical path.

Two of the four sites are tracking ahead of baseline; the other two are inside contingency. The client's capital committee gets that sentence — with the evidence behind it — on the same day every month.
