Arbor Villas

Arbor Villas is a design-and-build development of eight detached residences on a mature, wooded site in Katampe. The site plan was drawn around the existing trees rather than through them; every villa keeps its established canopy, and the setting the buyers are paying for is the setting they will get.

Each villa shares a structural and services template — one set of details, engineered once and built eight times — which holds quality consistent across the site and keeps the programme honest. Variations are confined to finishes, where they belong.

Four villas are structurally complete and in fit-out; the remaining four follow at six-week intervals. The show villa opens to purchasers this year, finished to the same specification the contract promises every buyer.
