The Sandstone Collection

The Sandstone Collection is twelve residences at the top of the Maitama market, built by a contractor we selected through a competitive tender we ran on the owner's behalf. Our brief was simple: protect the standard the development was sold on, at every stage where it could quietly slip.

We held the contractor to a benchmark-unit regime — the first unit of every type finished to completion and signed off before its siblings advanced past first fix. Materials were approved against retained samples, and every substitution request was tested against specification, not convenience.

All twelve units were delivered to the benchmark standard, and the final account closed within the owner's contingency. The development sold out before practical completion.
